i mainly wondered since some denominations don't really do that kind of thing?
like i'm pretty sure presbyterians don't go for the whole exorcism thing. or holy water.
but they also believe in reincarnation? haha

Humankind often treats "goodness" as a performative gesture rather than putting it into genuine practice.
But then you aren't a "good person," if you act the way you've describe it, are you? While many people will believe themselves to be in the right, at the heart of it, a good person is someone who strives to help.
While the methods may differ, the end result should be a positive change, like magic.
Anything else is a lie one believes to be truth...
If that makes sense.

I understand if this is an awkward subject, or a topic you may not wish to breach altogether. That 'Father' had his own views on the 'devil', but in my world, we have no such person. You seemed to speak from a place of experience, opposite him. May I ask for your experience?
